We will provide customized package designed to assist with ALL event planning and design aspects from budget, theme, color, style, venue selection, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, programs and event timelines. It doesn’t stop there:
- My staff and I are on-site the day of the event from set up through break-down
- Maitre’d service is provided to accompany the guest of honor throughout the event
- We conduct a final walk-through at the end of the event
- And finally, follow up meetings with the venue, each vendor and the corporate event staff or planning committee
