Redefined Elegance is an internationally certified, multi-cultural strategic event planning partner. When planning a destination wedding, there is a whole other layer of planning, managing and coordinating taking place because the wedding is far from home. We take the stress and pressure off you by:

• Researching the state or island’s regulations, location and logistics
• Compare the region’s available wedding sites and creates comparables
• Work closely with the hotel on room blocks
• Coordinate the FAM visit for you and your fiancée
• Arrange and Coordinate appointments with vendors – typically the florist, decorator, the hotel, salon (hair/make-up)
• Coordinate travel arrangements with travel agents

Our Packages Include:

• Vetting all Vendors
• Researching Venues and Site Visits
• Creating Budgets
• Negotiating and Reviewing all Contracts
• Personally, onsite- two days before(depending on location)through to the day after the event
• A dedicated Maitre’d who is by the bride’s side the entire day
• Conduct a walk-through before and a final walk-through after the event
